Working with Riverside is varied and everyday will be different. The main focus of the role is to provide daily support to adults in their residential services. As a company, we do not do personal care. We care about our employees and will not send you to any clients that make you feel uncomfortable.

We pay you hourly rate plus mileage and travel time.


We have clients in the Falmouth/Penryn, Truro/Saint Agnes, Redruth/Camborne Constantine/Mawnan Smith areas for those that genuinely want job satisfaction that comes with making a real difference to make to people's lives.



For us care isn’t just about helping maintaining independence its about promoting independence, self worth, self love and well-being. Of course those things are important but it’s also about going that extra mile and going above and beyond, finding out about the person, their hobbies and interests, their likes and dislikes and looking at how we can support them to still do those things they love in a safe environment.

  • Can anyone work at Riverside?

    Of course! We do not discriminate or judge you no matter what your background is, and no experience is necessary as training is provided and continued throughout your time with us.

  • What training and qualifications do I need?

    All of our support workers have the chance to be trained and have qualifications in any area they wish, if you feel there is a subject you would like to learn more about, or a health condition then please let us know and we can make it possible.



    All of our support workers are trained in the following:

    • Medication
    • Health and Safety
