Riverside Support  Service are absolutely  amazing  with my dad. Nothing is too much trouble,  starting with the girls... they are friendly ,caring, approachable and have empathy, which most certainly  helps in this profession , not all agencies have these qualities  and sadly I've witnessed  this. Hannah is a manager that is passionate , committed and wants the best  for all her clients, and if the manager is like that and expects the same from her team , the clients  will be in good safe hands. As I have a parent needing care and support,  knowing they are being looked after is so very important, ,  they support me and I support them and the winner is my parent. Knowing they are  ok gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus on something I'm passionate about, There are no ego's, there is no place for ego's in this kind of job. We work together with empathy.
