Job Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Community Support Worker / Supervisor to join our team. This role will be critical in providing support to clients and staff, ensuring care plans are followed and up to date, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services. You will be working closely with our support workers and will be in charge of keeping our company culture of empowering others and to embrace everyone’s individually.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be flexible, organized, and ready to cover shifts as needed, including alternate weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1-on-1 support to clients and staff.
Answer calls from staff and clients in an professional and kind manner
Chaperone clients to appointments and outings.
Assist clients with bills, budgeting, and financial management.
Perform domestic duties as needed.
Ensure support plans are up-to-date and followed.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services.
Work collaboratively with the management team.
Cover weekend visits when needed every other week.
Team motivation – inspire and support the team whilst celebrating their achievements.


Requirements:

You will need a driving license and access to a vehicle.
A DBS check is required (we can assist with this).
Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Work Schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (1:30 PM – 7:30 PM), Thursday, Friday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 1:30 till 7:30PM)
Week 2: Wednesday to Sunday (full-time hours)
