Hannah created Riverside Support Service from a lifelong passion for care.

Her journey began with her Grandparents, listening to their stories, learning about the joys and struggles of their generation, and discovering the true meaning of compassion.

Caring for her grandparents gave her even more insight and experience, shaping a deep understanding of what real, heartfelt support looks like.

From those early days to building Riverside, Hannah has never forgotten that care is about people — their stories, their dignity, and their lives.

We’ve seen first-hand how people can be overlooked, unheard, or forgotten, and we knew something had to change.

So we built Riverside with one clear purpose: to create a space where people feel safe, valued, and truly seen — not just the people we support, but the team who make that support possible too.

Because to us, everyone deserves to live a life free from fear, discrimination, and judgement.

Based in the heart of Cornwall, our roots are grounded in community.

We understand how important it is to feel connected, respected, and supported, especially when inviting someone into your home or trusting them with the care of a loved one.
